The problem is persuading them to operate. I spoke to one from River Medical a few months ago about a nosejob and a chin implant. Both were refused. He recommended dermal filler for the dimple instead, but said there was nothing wrong with my nose. He pointed me to another clinic if I wanted to ask them to do it. I started going to these people in 2010 but they keep saying no to anything more than dermal fillers though one clinic I go too did agree to do laser skin resurfacing but I'm not certain they will go ahead with it.

I have been getting botox for forehead lines since last March (two sessions as I couldn't afford to get second one sooner). Apart from the Botox, the best thing I've had done is laser hair removal for folliculitis. My face has been clear of pimples since September because of it. Before I had it done, my face was covered in them, and I thought it was acne but it was not.

So could you add dermal-filler (e.g. Juvederm), laser skin resurfacing, and laser hair removal to the poll?

I had a Rhonoplasty or otherwise known as a nose job about six years ago. If I could afford it I't nip and tuck away as long as I didn't look plastic.
Eamonn I don't know why they would refuse unless they felt your reasoning was suspect. Elective plastic surgery is a choice.

They steadfastly refused. Ironically I think they only do it for beautiful people with minor flaws. If a person is actually ugly maybe they feel there's no point in wasting money and time because it's too bad to be fixed.

I also asked them about a treatment they have for obesity (it melts the fat away) but it's around €1200 per "area". I am saving up for Juvederm to get rid of pronounced nasolabial folds.

The Botox is grest too. When I don't use it, I get very deep wrinkles on my forehead. I blame the wrinkles, which only started appearing in last 3 yrs, on suntanning without protection (on a friend's insistence) in 2010-11.

There isn't an option to select them all!

I'd love a smaller nose, botox around my eyes, liposuction on my stomach and my ass/thighs and maybe like a brow lift or something...

I wouldn't change anything - I'm happy with all my imperfections - I'd donate the prize to Shaggy

Perhaps they refused you on medical grounds? They knock you out for the hooter job which is increasingly dangerous if you are obese.

They didn't refuse me the obesity treatment it's just too expensive for me for the forseeable futute.

give it to someone who needs it like a burn or cancer victim - cosmetic use of plastic surgery is for someone else
