Inter-crural Sex

Has anyone ever tried this? The term comes from the Latin: inter for "between" and crura for "legs". Oh, the joys of a classical education.

Anyway, it does what it says on the tin. The "active" partner inserts his penis between the thighs of the passive partner and thrusts back and forth until climax is achieved. It's non-penetrative and completely save from an STD point of view. It was huge between guys in Ancient Greece it seems. It's also quite common in some parts of modern-day India apparently. Who knowed...?

I don't think there would be any fun in that for the passive partner. Chaffing!

Not entirely. Is my seriousness a pre-requisite for something?

Thanks for sharing your experience! This is partly why I started this thread - to find out from people "in the know", as it were.

May I be so bold as to ask which position you were in?

I wonder if it was popular in Greece because of the dodgy age differences? :/

Yeah I've done it once and it was actually good fun. Neither of us wanted to go any further than that so it was good.

Why on earth do they think it is completely safe from an STD point of view? Some STDs can be transmitted by skin -- like genetial warts.

I was thinking that too.

I read about it a book about an African tribe years ago, the girls were circumcised and all sew up before their wedding day, but there was an official courting ritual where they would lie facing their husband to be and he would place his penis between her legs.
