Why not look outside Dublin? Wicklow, Navan, Athlone are cheaper and still fairly commutable for work or study.

Those places rarely have studios, though.

Considering getting one in Dublin myself.

There's a few out there that don't look too bad, though they're tiny.

Would be spending around 700 euro on rent which is little more than what i spend now, if I add the cost of my commute to the rent.

@OP you're unemployed and willing to pay up to 950 euro?? How?

It can be higher for those in "special circumstances" such as long-term disability including a psychiatric condition.

3 bedroom house for 1550 a month for 3 people - 1 large double bedroom, 1 medium double bedroom, 1 small single box room - what would be the fairest way of dividing the Rent?

Does anyone have en suite or is it all shared bathroom?

550

The rest of the house is shared so there should never be a huge difference just for a bedroom.
