I think we will just need to see how Leo gets on during the next few months. I've heard he wants to introduce a major new programme of capital investment and if true that's very good news. For far too long, successive govts in Ireland overspent on current spending but were thin on capital spending. We need capital investment - go get that badly needed motorway between Cork and Limerick built!
