I'm starting an on-line group of a few men interested in achieving and maintaining weight loss.The idea is a for a voluntary group of guys achieving their fitness levels through peer-support of each other. All ages welcome. It doesn't matter what approach any individual is doing to achieve their goals. We could share our emotional journey in a non-judgemental, supportive, confidential, on-line space. There would be no bosses and the facilitator's role rotates between the members. No fees as I'm happy to pay the Zoom cost.
This is a very genuine effort and no commercial gain is being sought. This group is being formed strictly for mutual support and motivation. The Zoom meetings will be by invitation only, probably every 2 weeks, to enhance privacy.
