The Sea, comfortable single room in cool gay house

Fancy living in a smart, gay house in lovely area?
U are an attractive male, 26 or younger and preferably but not absolutely non-smoking. U are a student, foreign visitor or professional. on offer is your own single, bright and very comfortable room in a house which has a noticeably welcoming and warm athmosphere where u feel at home immediately. U would be sharing my home with me, a gay guy -37- living an exciting, single life.
The house is situated in a really nice, quiet area, 20 mins bus journey away from Dublin city centre, in Clontarf on fast new bus lane route. My home is beside a beautiful public park and close to the sea. I have my own business and enjoy dinner parties and quiet nights too. Stimulating conversation, conviviality and lifestyle is unavaidable and promised at this address!
Rent alone €85 per week with 2 weeks deposit.
or if preferred, all-in costs including bills and food.. . €130 per week.

Then again, if u prefer to go back home for weekends we can negotiate the rent for that too. flexability is my middle name. )

You can always go to my advt on Gaire Accommodation Sharing to reply to this. Look up under "The Sea..." and press search under the heading "Directory"

What is this- Reeling in the Threads?
I saw this one earlier too. Seems like young Juan Carlos liked the idea of a sugar daddy.I wondered if it worked out?
Aw...those were the boom boom boom years.

This reads like it was written in 1952 instead of 2002, apart from the lazy use of "U" instead of "You"...

depends .....if Manuel looked like this...

...Im sure a lower price was negotiable for this particular poster.
Depends if the poster wanted more from his flatmate than just washing up the dishes after himself.
Why does he require that his flatmate is young and attractive?

Yeah...you're right. How many times has the word conviviality been used in the classified on Gaire before?

I doubt "unavaidable" has been used either...

True. I like the style it's written in - cute!

Indeed. And of the times. If such a thread was opened now, it would have been swiftly locked, after people advise 'TRY THE CLASSIFIEDS" but it's lovely.

Its like tourists visiting the Roman brothel in Pompeii- the sleaziness is excused by its antiquity and apparent sophistication.
