Absolutely cracking early summer weather! I’ve been taking full advantage and lying out in the sun most late afternoons/early evenings.

But I think at some point over the next couple of weeks we will need rain - April was remarkably dry and it’s been a better and drier May then average.

With all the hand washing, dry weather and sun. Water will be worth more than oil soon.

I love it, to be honest I think people need it after being stuck in for the last 8+ weeks and now being able to move around a bit more it would be a bitch if the week the restrictions lifted a bit it was whoring down rain. I think a few days of sun is a small price to pay for the last 2 months in lockdown

The canals were packed this evening. There was no social distancing from what I could see.

A lot of people, locked down a long time and they are fed up with it. The government, will have to start opening up now and try to do it slowly but safely.

It would take a lot more than a massive sphere of hot plasma going through a constant thermonuclear reaction to thaw me out love, you know the Anna one from Frozen? compared to me she is practically a furnace.

People aren't evolved for this, at the end of the day it will always boil down to selfishness, if there are people you really really care about then you will stick to the rules whether you like them or not but if all you care about is yourself then you will break them and disregard the well being of anyone else. Parents who bring their kids to a crowded beach aren't doing it for the good of the kids, that's just their excuse to justify it in their heads, really they are doing it because they are arseholes and have that "sure it won't happen to me" virus in their head.

They had to stop a pub from serving food and drink. They had a chipper van outside. There was a garda last night on his own so he didn't do anything but later on they came and closed the pub and food van. It was crazy. The amount of people sitting by the canal was staggering!

If some scrote walked by, coughing and you can guess their re-action to that scenario. But it's ok for them to gather and drink at the canal. No cure for Stupidity, sadly.

I had the chills earlier and I have them now. Hope I'm not coming down with something. Covid induced anxiety I'd imagine.

I live on a ground floor in the front of the building and had my window open and no mess the amount of people who walked by pissed was unbelievable, there were groups of them in 20's at times and one group got into an argument with another and had an actual fight in the middle of the road and there were about 15 people involved all kicking the shit out of each other, I can still hear them shouting at each other down the road, social distancing has gone out the window at this point
