A treadmill and VR goggles?

lol no that wouldn't work either, at the moment even walking more than 200 meters makes my legs cramp really bad, like really bad to the point where I can't even support my own weight or maintain my balance, my breathing is getting better but I'm still not getting enough oxygen in to supply my muscles with the amount they need to function properly. I'm pretty much limited to just moving around in my apartment at the moment

Shouldn't you have an oxygen mask on, to aid recovery?
Now that we have a Cork PM, we should move the capital too its rightful place and invade NI. Also, be fairly dry here for next few days and wet from halfway up.

You would think that but the problem is that your body becomes addicted to it and stops being able to function if it is not getting 100% oxygen 24/7, the objective is to get my lungs to adapt to the amount of oxygen available to me in normal circumstances so having a tank and mask wouldn't benefit me in the long term, I'd end up having to always rely on the mask

Nice dry day with sunny spells down here in Mayo. I'm away for the weekend with my OH to celebrate his birthday.

Early last week was utterly miserable - bucketing down every day, all day.

No mess, not to rub it in or anything, but the Dyson is great in this weather, it just blows out lots of cool air when the room get's above 18 degrees, I swear the thing is an awesome piece of kit

Would like to have one of those yolks on a day like today.

Just back from the Phoenix Park with the dog. Walked there and back. We are shattered.....
