I am up with yous and I can read the spoilers, but now I have another fear, if someone is posting about the book could they go **BOOK** so I can avoid that post like I would Plutonium.

Good idea. But so far no book spoilers (boilers?) that I can remember.

As wheelie mentioned in random thoughts spoilers can be found online in the most unlikely places unfortunately.

Yeah, they can I normally try to avoid to much coverage of something I am watching, but this site is good that way.

@SF No there wasn't any but there were mentions, so it was with a slight reticence I read down the thread.

Its usual I am one of the book readers, but not this time, so its all new and I am liking it better that way.

I would love to be watching it and not knowing what's going to happen but I suppose I had that experience with the books.

Yeah it's one of the few series that I don't have a clue what's gonna happen and loving that. Will def read book 1 during the year, don't know after that whether to read book 2 or wait for it on tv.

I know they are going to leave the end of this series with an awful guessing cliffhanger and I will be tempted to get the books.

But I won't, since the last 6 eps I am enjoying the tele ones to much. I tend to let them build up for 2 eps then watch them together. Its like having a special film night.

Jaysus that really sounds sad

Ive been told that the series borrows from all books and that its not a good representation of one book alone. Im not sure how true it is but i heard the dwarf does not make an apperance untill the 4th book?
Ill be skipping the books untill the show has finished.

You heard wrong - the TV show has been very faithful to the first book. One small difference is Theon is featured more in the TV show than he was in the first book. I wouldn't have minded if they had strayed a bit here and there myself.

If they did do that I understand why. It is rare a dwarf is a main character in any TV or film. It adds an extra uniqueness and therefore interest, it shows another perspective, a dwarfs one.

Not really. I'd have loved to have watched the whole thing in one nerdy weekend. Just found it too good to wait!

Yeah unintended, I will add Peter Dinklage is a very good actor, its a lot more then a comic role, he is defo one of my favourite characters.

Here's the trailer for the last episode. If you've read the books, go ahead and watch it. If you haven't read them, I'd warn you to keep away from the video. It's just full of big spoilers.

In fact, I can only think of one more big thing coming that's not in the trailer.
