Never been to the boilerhouse... but that's getting of topic. I lost 16pounds in 6 weeks. A combo of walking 10k a
day, drinking more water, eating less junk, drinking less alcohol, small portions more often(every 3 hours) fish once or twice a week, same for chickens and cows, green tea, twice a day, pineapples and grapefruit supposed to boost metabolism.
I did take male weight loss supplements, but I didn't rely on them for the weight loss.
So, balance in moderation of all foods and drink. Exercise. And for Gawds sake, smile!
