Halloween And Anti-social Behaviour

Ive seen it over the last few days.. Gangs of kids running loose and causing trouble. They have even gone so far as smashing windows on luas trams... Trying to set fire to the tracks... It got so bad last night that passangers were taken off at the red cow because trams couldnt be sent any further because of safety concerns.
Where are these kids parents?? Why dont they have more control over them?

Living in the city centre must be so different to the suburbs at this time. Sure, there are firecrackers here in the evenings, but RTE were live from Dublin Castle there last night, and there was an unbroken stream of fireworks going off from what seemed to be the Liberties area. How do people sleep?

Anybody else praying for a torrential downpour? Last year was a washout and the scum all went home early. Let's hope we get the same this year.

Synge Street is actually quite gentrified, so you would be ok there.

Someday a real rain will come and wash all this scum off the streets.

I doubt that flood would discriminate between scum and the rest - btw it looks like Edward Palamar has a fan
