I Need A Hair Cut

Thanks Zach - eh, maybe I will try a conditioner first.

If you wash your hair everytime you bathe(as most people do :P) might want to try not shampooing it and just putting in conditioner and then rinsing. Shampoo can be pretty abrasive.

Anyone got any tips on what hair gel / paste is best to use for your hair when you are growing it a bit longer on top? I am not a fan of the wet look when I am trying to style my hair and want it to look like my natural hair colour which is light brown.

I find a little bit of wax is really good( you really do not need much as wax stays in there), I just dab a bit on hair at temples and a little top of forehead and work it through. Although I am using a wax stick thing which is really handy because you can't really overdo it.

If your hair is frizzy or big after washing you may want to work a little bit of gel through it all and give it a gentle go with the hair dryer. There are lotsa guides on youtube but it really depends on hair. Level of greasyness etc, greasier the better i say

I wash my hair every day when I am in the shower which might be the cause of it taking me ages to style it the way I want.

Conditioner, like a two pea sized amount. Work it through, leave in while you wash the rest of yourself if hair is really dry. Rinse well. Makes things really easy.
