Well on powerpoint each slide should have a "layout" style. On the layout menu you have a bunch of options on how you want your slide to look.
For text on top and an image underneath select the slide and chose that layout format for the slide.
Then click on the area allotted to your image which will automatically open up a browse window. Go to the destination folder of the desired photo and insert it.
Then click in the allotted text area and type (or cut and paste) the required text.
There is no reason why that should not work.
Am I merely stating what you have already done? Unless I know how you set the parameters its difficult to ascertain what is wrong you see.
Ok I think it's easier to explain it this way. In my powerpoint for example, slide 65 is written instructions on how to perform a 'wall crawl'. Slide 66 then has a picture of it being performed. I have about another 8 different stretches that follow this formula (text first, then picture). But every frigging single time I try to do the handout, the text and picture no longer correspond to each other
Ive no doubt this is due to my own deficiencies... I may just have to get my little cousin over to fix it at the weekend
