You'd never guess what happened the other day. I had to get a taxi the other day.
Just before I got out, the driver turned to me and asked if I lost a watch. (I had)
I was non-plussed and asked why.
He had it. I left it in his taxi the last time I was in it.
What a relief! It was my favourite watch.
Wow, that's so cool! I can imagine the relief, nothing like an unexpected good thing!
Once I found a wallet, one that I loved and thought was definitely lost. It had over a 100 Euro in it too, which was the cherry on top!
I just found out that when I was hired together with someone else for the Portuguese language in my company they were looking for one person only.
But they liked us both so much they opened a second vacancy and hired us both!
So chuffed!
