It would depend on why we split, how young/immature we were when we split and how long had passed, but i probably would. I dont have many relationships thet ended sourly.

Once split, I would not consider re-entering an intimate relationship, but I would have no issue staying in touch as friends if the split was friendly.

I think the biggest mistake would be expecting to pick up where you left off. Things can never be the same between you IMO even just as friends.

Indeed: you split forva reason, and that reason was not that you were meant to be together!
It would take some serious root-cause and SWOT analyses, without blame game, to rekindle something “new”.
