Most of us use them or USB sticks.
Have five Western Digital 2 Tb each mostly films 3000 or more, for music 15,000 artists the rest for software , Keep having to update to the latest.
When will it all end. Win8 in Oct tested that, they just using the Vista kernal.

Do we need to keep upgrading, or just go with the times.
Suppose stupid question to ask.
Suppose the future of technology.
Rant over.

What do you mean you keep having to update to the latest?
They all still use the usb port, don't they?

What do you mean by "Win8 in Oct tested that, they just using the Vista kernal."?

And equally as pertinently when do you get time to look at them? How many have you watched more than once?

Most of them have not even been released yet, and several of them have not even been conceived yet. He has Terminator 8 (russian workprint), Indiana Jones and the Retirement home of moderate peril, Batman vs starwars

I keep losing my USB keys.

when I buy a new PC I put the all my old file on whichever is the bigger harddrive on my current PC, and then I get the Shop to install that hard drive onto the new PC.

I've discovered my camcorder has a hard-drive of about 2GB on it. I'm going to try saving files to it.

@ The OP: the Cloud is supposed to take care of all this shit for us eventually, isn't it? Once the world's broadband providers give us decent upload speeds and shit, we'll all be uploading all our illegally downloaded files to the Cloud, from whence we downloaded them in the first place. When you run out of Cloud, you just buy more and more Cloud. Simples.

Until the Cloud becomes sentient, that is.

It'll take a while for me to trust the Cloud with my music collection.

The Cloud punishes those who do not obey and honour The Cloud. Be warned, earthling!
