saw a recipe for banana pancakes and they looked good. Might try them later!

2 bananas, half a cup of flour, 4 eggs

mash/blend it all up until smooth paste. fry in small amounts on medium heat.

Has anyone ever made banana pancakes, it is basically two eggs and ripe banana blitzed. Do they taste nice? I was thinking of make a batch for breakfast tomorrow.

I'd never heard of that method before.
I assumed they would be regular pancake batter with sliced bananas thrown in. Wrong.

I've made them a few times. They are quite nice. They are harder than regular pancakes to flip over properly but they are tasty served with berries/jam/syrup/honey etc.
