Not at all. PORT SALUT is like little flaps of heaven. Once you pop......or was that used and abused by somebody else??
Am I the only person here who fancies Aunt Zelda from Sabrina??

Has to be Durrus soft cheese (brie/camembert style) on toast. Available from Sheridan's Cheesemongers.

Harrrumph! Such refined tastes ye all have.

1. Two slices of brown toast + a slice of cheddar cheese on each.
2. One minute on medium power in the microwave.

Sin a bhfuil.

15 slices of port salut????
Ya fat b@stard. Just discovered the individally sliced pack - its so handy as its a really sticky cheese when you cut it.

I love the auld brie. I put it on everything: crackers, toasted sambos, pancakes, waffles. Nyommmmm!!!

There is a beautiful full fat cream cheese - boursin. You can get it flavoured with garlic and herbs and cracked pepper.
