I think it's really weird that we spend more but get less? Does not make any sense, if you want to ensure your not waiting for operation health insurance is not a choice in Ireland, you need it

Why we pay more money as tax payers and get a poorer outcome ? It's the fault of the HSE, it's corporate structure is more interested in administrators and managers than patients and medical staff incredibly .
The dual public private system in Ireland is mad because it's the exact same doctors just in maybe a clinic instead of a public hospital.
We need more consultants, if we had more per head of population then we would have shorter waiting lists ( with properly resourced hospitals)
