I'm sick of fingernails and eyebrows. I wonder if there's a way of permanently removing them?

(what I hear when people talk about removing body hair)

It's a natural thing for a man to have under arm hair - with women its different (don't know why) however the norm is that they have to cut their under arm hair, don't know where this came from however all the girls I know including my sisters do it, and they also shave their legs at the same time again I don't know why, but this is the norm.

Back in the 1970s many women stopped shaving their armpits as part of the feminist movement. There are quite a few straight men into hirstute women. I don't think hairy armpits are feminine but each to their own.

Personally, I think men shaving their pits is going too far - this is metrosexual grooming taken to its extreme and it's becoming more and more commonplace. Trim if you have to but keep some hair!

Of course its feminine since women grow armpit hair thus an attribute of femininity. Its just not part of your semantics of your construct of the feminine.

Nicely put Elat its a societal stereotype, having said that I suffer from this hirsuite "affliction" and rid myself of it regularly.

Sure, as it is for most people in Western society. I was only giving my opinion.

Would find a man with shaved armpits a MAJOR turn off

Fair play to any lads who choose to do it, its their bodies like and I know
some people do it for hygiene reasons maybe, but I sweat like a mo-fo and I
still wouldn't ever shave mine even if I thought it would stop me sweating

your not allowed to give your opinion

All of my body hair gets a blade one... Under the arms gets removed completely, can't stand body hair unless he's a big burly grizzley

So why can't women?

Both should have the choice of either having it as nature intended, or get through the painless, useless and potentially damaging process of cropping it daily or killing it off long-term in the name of a fascist "ideal of beauty".

As you can see I am not biased.

Just like people are entitled to buy breasts that are stupidly big, or changed their face to look like their idols.
Then let's natural selection work its wonders.

Most neurotic people in Western society, that is...
Elat cannot help it if most of "Western" societies is neurotic about a perceived conception of hygiene.

(I put "Western" in quote because it reveals a very limited European/American -centric view of the world.
Is West Bengal part of "Western" Societies?
What about West London?)
