I am afraid you are simply incorrect and whoever you are getting your sexual health advice from (if anyone) sounds like they are not a qualified sexual health professional.
HIV is often spread through blood to blood contact, or semen to blood contact. Consequently if semen (or pre-cum) containing the HIV virus comes in direct contact with bleeding gums, (many adults have bleeding gums without even realising it) or cuts or sores in the mouth or oesophagus, then there is a chance the virus will be passed from one person to the other.
It is irresponsible to make statements such as you have made as you may well mislead readers into thinking you know what you are talking about, and the only proper place to get sexual heath advice is from a suitable medically qualified sexual health professional.
About time proper advice was given on this subject instead of reading BULL from non qualified people that only help spread the disease with their careless advive
