I know, I've just started so many of these journeys and failed!

I did the abs one anyway, but think I will leave the thigh for another time.

Well the same happened to me last year, I was doing 3 hour workouts and four days a week. I burnt myself out, got tennis elbow bad and lost my Mojo. Now I am, easing into it gradually and taking my time.

I think I have a corn. Is that an old thing? I offered my brother a Malteser bunny to rub it for me, but he just grabbed it and ran off. (The bunny, not the corn)

I'm actually in better shape than I was last year. Less aches and pains.

Is that from too-tight shoes?

Edit : nevermind I was thinking of something else (bunny made me think of bunion)

Still doing ok here mostly, I have always tried to look after myself insofar as is reasonably practicable. I have never smoked and very very rarely ever drank or anything like that. I have worked hard though and have often struggled to get enough sleep (the "plenty of time for sleeping when you're dead" attitude probably hasn't helped either lol!).

To the most part I have escaped any major illness or injury though have had a few cuts, bumps and bruises along the way as we all do.

I've noticed some pain in my left knee lately, I think it might be from the repeated pushing of the clutch during all the driving I've done over the years (well over a million miles I estimate). I should get it checked out I guess.

Other than that I'm still living and loving life.

The constant aches and pains as one gets on in years, is the body's way of reassuring you that you are still alive, that it's not a dream...

I'm all aches and pains and also seem to end up with random cuts and bruises after nights out now.

And no...it's not from what you think!

The sand dunes can be murder in the dark.

Cruising in the part of the park with thorny bushes will do that alright.

I've had the odd grey hair appear occasionally since I was about 18, though lately they seem to have multiplied and now I appear to have a noticeably grey hue in photographs. It's not so bad...at least I'm not going bald.
