Slowly Falling Apart - Getting Older

I am 38, knock back truly enormous amounts of beer. I've kept the weight off. Don't ask how, it is what it is. Tested RVD+ in 2006, chain smoke, cholesterol levels through the roof, Blood sugar also, yet fuck knows how I am still here.

According to a Malaysian doctor I am a freak mutant piece of nature that is too wierd to live yet to rare to die.

And I stay over in this lovely fucked up place because if Mum or Dad ever found out about the reality the fear of it would kill them worse than the reality of its existence. Because in 5 more years the medications are as good as a cure.

I don't know, but I would try to live as healthy if motivated to stay alive! Shocking reality though....

I remember reading somewhere similar study that if actually you start eating natural glue, your body stops decaying after 30....

The secret of eternal youth then very interesting.

I suppose, we are very lucky to be able too grow old and cranky. Unlike some folks, who aren't that lucky sadly.

You guys are freaking me out.

At 22 I was on top of my game; athletic, trained for hours every weekend, had killer endurance and relative body strength, not bad shape for my scrawny size. By was a silent factory.
Now after 3 years of college and sedentary life I cant run for to save my life, i'm not so scrawny any more, haven't trained in years and theres a lot of cluncks clanks and clicks from joints and bones I never knew I had...

Yes - being alive is far better than the alternative - plus the alternative is for eternity - so hang in there for as long as you can - but then again once you peg-it all that has been before no longer exists so what's the point * jumps off local suicide bridge*

Fecking knees, my right one is locking so have to shuffle down the stairs. I blame regular exercise, only happens when I'm good at going to the gym.
