Well done, thats great and you should keep it up. Make sure it is a fast walk so you break a sweat. You need to eat though, or you will make yourself very sick.

The Fitbit app says the 6 mile walk took 1 hour 36 minutes while the 3.8 mile walk took 1 hour.

I do restrict, but I've had to, to train myself.
Now when I restrict what I eat it feels natural and a lot more normal then eating any old shit I want.

I rarely feel hungry. I would have to not eat for 6+ hours before I feel hungry and I've to remind myself to eat. I sometimes forget to eat breakfast and lunch and I wouldn't notice until about 2/3pm when I start to feel really tired. I eat healthy and regularly but very rarely am I actually hungry.

I don't restrict what I eat but I'm smart about my food intake.

I'm starting to eat a lot more now since winter has set in, I'd say a good 30% more. Same every winter.

My new approach is 800 calories per day consisting of baked beans and 4 slices of unbuttered toast. That way I should burn 2.5 calories per week which scientists say is a safe amount to lose. Also a dietician I used to go to last year told me baked beans are good for you because of protein. My electronic scales calculates my weight at 15 st 0.8lb ie 210.8 lbs and 34% body fat.
