Do You Vape?

# 1 : Wednesday 16-12-2015 @ 10:20

In recent years vaping has become really popular amongst smokers who plan on kicking the habit for good. Even thought the batteries and fluids cost quite a bit, the money saved by not buying ciggies is considerable.

I myself am considering vaping. Are any Gaireans into vaping and what do you think of it?

Not into it.
It seems to have become a bit of a fashion accessory though.
People buying flash, custom vape thingies (don't know what it's called), and walking around showing them off like mobile phones in the 90's.

All a bit silly if you ask me.

No, I just buy a few months tobacco when I'm abroad. I smoke very little anyways, maybe 20 rollies a week.

Been vaping for quite some time now - great for pub, work and such although its has its moaners who hate to see it being allowed in pubs

Gave up smoking over a year ago, I'm not going to start taking up vaping now.

It's treated the same as smoking over here. If you can't smoke in a place you can't vape either.

There's no policy on vaping in Ireland. Quite a lot of places allow vaping indoors.

Two of the lads use them in work. I keep teasing them that it feels like I'm sitting in a head shop when they use them.

There's a vaping cafe on royal avenue (the Main Street) in Belfast. Every time I pass it, it's basically empty. Stupid idea!
