As an aside I'd be concerned with the number of open ends contained in your survey. Might be an idea to change some to locked in with an option for comment after.

I look forward too reading your thesis, interesting topic too chose for straight guy..

Especially when you consider that most questions are either yes/no, or have a short list of options contained in the question. The questions are "closed" but the answers are "open".

It would be a nightmare to post-process.

Also the question:

Could concern the victim or the perpetrator. Obviously he means the victim, but the wording is far from clear.

And final question: "Do you have any further comments or comments?". Anyone sees a problem with it?

For a final year thesis, you may want to spend a bit more time polishing your questionnaire. (Brutal honest feedback...)

Been there.

To be honest, I looked over my thesis and my questionnaire quite a lot before submitting, I think repeatedly looking over something makes you invisible to your own grammatical and spelling errors... for instance, I didn't cop "698 participants participated" until after it was printed. And I'm still finding little mistakes with it here and there.

It happens. But feedback is definitely crucial.
