Irish Bands Singing With American Accents

# 1 : Friday 2-3-2018 @ 11:06

Why do alot of our new and not so new bands feel they need to sing with American accents, the uk bands don't seem to feel the need to, is it an inferiority thing or what? Fair play to Dolores from the cranberries, she never changed her accent while singing.

I haven't heard all of Hudson Taylor's songs but the few I have don't sound very Anerican accented. They sound a bit like Aslan.

Just listen to the majority of girls in Dublin these days.
As soon as they hit 8 years old and start watching YouTube wankers non stop, they all download Californian accents.

Every fucking sentence sounds like a question.

Video Link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFcG0pBhKPAI wonder would they have been as successful in America & won as many Grammy's if they had sung in their natural accents.. 300 million people is a big market.. i know there's as many people in Europe but most of them prefer this...
