Why would he do that?

He is trying to stand out, without having to wear glitter on his beard and big foot is hairy.

It sounds like you're more trying to ridicule the idea of having a bit of craic at a pride event, then engage in the OP's discussion at face value.

It's making you sound acrimonious and jaded by someone else's sense of adventure. i.e., like you're being needlessly miserable about the whole thing, and hiding that misery behind condescending sarcasm.
I get that a glitter beard is not for you, you've made it clear. You don't need to suck the joy out of everything by passive aggressively inflating other peoples extroversions
"why not go as big foot"
"why not go as a wholly Mammoth"
"Why doesn't he just hold up a big sign that says "LOOK AT ME", HAHAHAHA!, am I right fellas? isn't this guy such an attention seeker? HAHAHA"

Either join the conversation at face value, or jog on with your jibes and insinuation that 'fun' must equal 'looking for attention'.

Your point was registered; you don't need to keep remaking it.

Thanks for that. I was thinking the same.

Hi I was thinking of getting my beard glittered for pride, judging by YouTube it's very messy to do at home, does anyone know a place in Dublin that might glitter up beards for pride?

Go for it if you are ready to shave the beard to get it all off. Or if you are happy to have some left in the beard at work.

Women wear glitter on their faces when going out, I see no reason men could not.

None but one: glitter is terribly environmentally unsound, to the extent that school are considering stopping using it. They are basically tiny bits of plastic that will never biodegrade, and will remain in the environment longer than they will on your parters' crouches that day.

So it is not a very "woke" thing to do. ( https://www.independent.ie/life/people-are-ingesting-microplastic etc ...

But if you think "fuck the environment" and "fuck the fun-killing cold fishes who see fun as evil self-indulgence", then by all means go for it.

I doubt salons will do it though: it might be too messy for them too! But call a few and ask!

You know what, you're right and thank you for pointing that out to me. Deepest apology, to the OP and sorry for being a Richard.

That's big of you to say.

Hugs and love, even if you only have a regular coloured beard

OK Sorted, let’s cut to the chase.... it’s Pride, exhibitionism is demanded*. Last year at the Mother party I saw a whole pile of guys with glitter beards, 2 guys in tighty whiteys and a guy wearing nothing but a transparent poncho (nice ass!). You MUST* do one of these things

*if you want

Actually, how big is your beard: it is a 5 o'clock shadow on a week-end, or is it a full bush?
