Or making a Life of Brian joke about 400 years oppression under the Romans trumping 250 years under the Brits... (But his numbers are not accurate, obviously... and not on purpose... The Statute of Kilkenny 1367: "No crime to kill an Irishman")

Not ever Monthy Python sketches were funny (even before he left), and some were more than borderline racist... some would be seen today as homophobe... band on legacy!
