But there is no actual check performed, as historically it has always been an anonymous service.
Nowadays most people will feel comfortable giving their real name.
Of course providing a false date of birth might give you the vaccine for free, but it removes an important piece of information for them to follow-up. What, for instance, if your are more likely to react negatively after 45... Is it worth it?
This being said you can come back another time under another name and Your real DoB: they will not do a DNA test and deny you future service for “fraud”.
