I have kept burning myself lately (by accident), and I have been amazed by how well I heal.

Do you find that you heal well and fast, or is each cut or bruise a new challenge?

No not at all, the hormones mess with your blood so you can wake up some mornings with bruises on your legs and hips that you didn't have when you went to bed and have no idea where they came from. I banged my hip on a door handle 3 weeks ago and still have the bruise.

That can’t be easy.
Hopefully your spirits heals better than your body.

Yeah that's what the hormones eventually do, I have osteopenia (the start of osteoporosis) too because of the antiandrogens I use to have to take to supress my testosterone, that's why I got the orchidectomy, no balls = no testosterone = slowing down osteoporosis

Don't get any hard knocks (accidents) clotting might be an issue if it gets too thin.
Have friend who halved their prescribed Aspirin prescription fearing brain bleeds due the thinning

Aspirin is a no no for me as are multiple other pain killers, can't drink coffee, tea or coke or eat chocolate because of the caffeine, 3 pints a week would be pushing it for me (but in all fairness I'd be pissed after one anyway)

At least you know your body very well, so you are not fighting against it but with it.

No not migraines but I've had the same headache for the last 4 years now, it's just always there throbbing in the back of my head, it can be pretty painful if I cough or sneeze or lean forward too far and caffeine can turn it from being an annoying throb to being a blinding stabbing pain across my left hemisphere. I've had scans and nothing showed up so they reckon it might be sinus related so referred me for an appointment with the headache clinic in CUH but with all this COVID stuff going on I can't see it happening anytime soon. It's another reason why I can't take most pain killers especially over the counter ones, a lot of them are loaded with caffeine to make them work quicker so I mainly use paracetamol if it gets really bad but I've had to cut down a lot on those too, at one point I was taking up to 12 a day and all it was doing was taking the edge off because I was becoming immune so now I limit it to just 3 or 4 if I have a day where it is really, really bad.

I know it's not for everyone & can cause more problems than it fixes but, have you tried Cannabis as a form of pain relief yet..?

Not a bad idea.
Probably one of the few legit reasons to.

Naa, no interest in drugs, to be honest I'm use to it now. I can't really remember a time anymore when I didn't have it so if it is just the throb it isn't that hard to cope with, there are just some badder days where I want the ground to open up and swallow me
