96k is no where near underweight for a 6 foot female, as for exercise it doesn't really loose as much weight as dieting does unless it is pretty vigorous exercise like a 10 mile cycle or jog everyday which I can't do because of recent health issues

Unless you have a significant eating disorder, trust that your body always finds its balanced shape and weight. Accepting our body's balance is more important than trying to reshape it under external influences that we have internalized.
It's not a fashion thing, all the health stuff recently has put me on a bit of a downer and I just want to do something that is totally for me just so I can prove to myself that I'm not just giving into all the health stuff and letting it consume me. Like I said it's a personal thing, I don't date and care very little about what guys think of me so I'm not losing weight to impress anyone and as I said I can easily carry the weight now so when I lose it nothing would have changed from the perspective of an outside observer, this is solely for my benefit.
