A big dirty fry up - fried potatoes, egg, rashers, sausages, black and white pudding, mushrooms and a nice pot of tea

I had some Stew at my parent's gaff, then decided that I had to clean the oven before making my dinner. Well that took a very long time, and so I snacked on pitta bread while waiting.

Tonight I'm doing an experiment with a slow-cooked beef 'curry' with coconut, lime, coriander and cumin seeds and maybe a cardamom pod. So I'll probably be having the pitta bread again.

Coconut is an underrated ingredient in curries and Thai food. It's not great on its own but its distinctive flavour moves the meal up a few notches in my opinion. Enjoy, Zoz. Lucky bastard.
