This week I'll be eating more fruit than usual. Just went to lidl and bought loads of different fruits.

I'm trying to lose weight and I think fruity helps keeping me on trck, whenenever I crave a treat I have some fruit.

you're making me hungry now! It's worse cos I forgot half my lunch so just had to make do with 6 slices of toast for my 12 hour shift I think I'll have the last 2 now and hopefully make it til 8:30 when I can go home and have cereal or something.

Have Had a go at the porridge in the mornings the last week, and a healthy sandwich at Lunch, Try to shed some of the blubber.

I am been really good with my diet so I am bulking up my fruit and vegetable intake. Its amazing I have only eaten properly for the last two days but I already feel better.

ok.... its diet cola with soya based ice cream substitute with french vanilla... its fat free sugar free cholesterol free but tastes really yummy
